Gahoi Vaishya Samaj Bengaluru celebrates the birth anniversary of Maithili Sharan Gupt with great fervour!

Bengaluru, Karnataka: On the occasion of the birth anniversary of national poet Gahoi Maithili Sharan Gupt (Kanakane) ji, Gahoi Vaishya Samaj Bengaluru successfully organized a get-together at Bhagini Residency Icon Express on 3rd August 2024.  In this meeting ceremony, all the Gahoi brothers gathered and garlanded the statue of Gupta ji with tilak and hoisted the Gahoi flag and sang Gahoi song. Hundreds of social Gahoi brothers were present on this occasion.

More than 100 families registered to participate on the occasion of the birth anniversary of national poet Maithili Sharan Gupt ji. Social friends sang Gahoi songs. The program ran from 5 pm to 10 pm. There was arrangement for registration of members along with tea and snacks at 5 o'clock. 5 pm. On 15th, along with lighting of lamp, garland was laid on the statue of national poet Gahoi Maithili Sharan Gupta (Kanakane).

After this the Gahoi women sang the Gahoi flag song. At 5.50 pm, an entertaining programme, quiz game and Housie was organized for children. After this all the members were introduced to each other. Then dinner started after 8 o'clock. After all the social gathering friends met each other and enjoyed dinner! After all these interesting activities this meeting was successfully organized.

Gahoi history and its relation:

The Gahoi community, born with the blessings of the Gods, has proficiency in every field. The Gahoi words produced from the conch of Lord Narayana are very sacred. The lifestyle and eating habits of Gahoyos are equivalent to gods. We should be proud that we belong to Gahoi community.

मैथिली शरण गुप्त की जयंती पर गहोई वैश्य समाज बेंगलुरु का सफल कार्यक्रम!

बेंगलुरु, कर्नाटक: राष्ट्र कवि गहोई मैथिली शरण गुप्त (कनकने) जी की जयंती के अवसर पर गहोई वैश्य समाज बेंगलुरु ने  ३ अगस्त २०२४ को भगिनी रेजीडेंसी आइकॉन एक्सप्रेस में मिलन समारोह का सफल अयोजन किया|  इस मिलन समारोह में सभी गहोई बंधुओं ने एकत्रित होकर गुप्त जी की प्रतिमा पर तिलक कर माल्यार्पण किया गया और गहोई ध्वज फहराकर, गहोई गीत गाया गया। इस मौके पर सैकड़ों की संख्या में सामाजिक गहोई बंधुजन उपस्थित रहे।

राष्ट्र कवि मैथिली शरण गुप्त जी की जयंती के अवसर पर लगभग १०० परिवारों से जयादा ने शामिल होने के लिए पंजीकरण किया। सामाजिक बन्धुओं ने गहोई गीत गायन किया। कार्यक्रम ५ बजे शाम से रात १० बजे तक चला| ५ बजे सदस्यों के पंजीकरण के साथ साथ चाय और नाश्ते की व्यवस्था थी| शाम ५. १५ को डीप प्रज्वलित के साथ राष्ट्र कवि गहोई मैथिली शरण गुप्त (कनकने) की प्रतिमा पर माल्यार्पण किया गया| 

इसके पश्चात गहोई महिलाओं ने गहोई ध्वज गीत का गायन किया| शाम ५.५० बजे बच्चों के लिए मनोरंजक कार्यक्रम, क्विज गेम और हौसी का आयोजन किया गया| इसके पश्चात् सभी सदस्यो का एक दुसरे से परिचय कराया गया| फिर ८ बजे के बाद डिनर की शुरुआत की गई| बाद सभी सामाजिक गहोई बंदु एक दुसरे से मिलते हुए रात्रि भोज का आनंद लिया! इन सभी रोचक गतिविधिओं के बाद इस मिलन समारोह का सफल आयोजन हुआ| 

गहोई इतिहास और उससे सम्बन्ध:

देवताओं के आशीर्वाद से उपजी गहोई प्रजाति हर क्षेत्र में दक्षता रखती हैं। भगवान नारायण के शंख से उत्पादित गहोई शब्द बहुत ही पवित्र हैं। गहोईयो का रहन सहन और खान पान, देवताओं के समकक्ष हैं। हमें गर्व होना चाहिए कि हम गहोई समाज से हैं।
