Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh: Recently, Shri Gahoi Vaishya Samaj Regd Greater Gwalior celebrated the 60th death anniversary of the national poet
Dr. Maithilisharan Gupta ji by offering flowers to the statue of Dr. Gupta ji located at Gubbara Gate and National Poet Dr. Maithilisharan Gut Library and Research Institute Maharaj Bada.
On the death anniversary, Ghanshyam Seth Mann Ki Baat recited his poetic composition. On this occasion, President Dilip Tapa threw light on the life of Dr. Gupta. On the occasion of death anniversary, former National President of All India Gahoi Vaishya Mahasabha Senior Association Shri Ganpat Ram Nikhra, outgoing President Ramprakash Soni, Ramesh Kanakne, Ghanshyam Das Kantharia, Rajiv Kuchiya, Rakesh Mor, Praveen Reza, Ramesh Chandra Saraogi, Dharmendra Bilaiya, Manish Nagariya, Rajesh Saraogi, along with all the social friends and city residents were present.
Gahoi history and its relation:
The Gahoi community, born with the blessings of the Gods, has proficiency in every field. The Gahoi words produced from the conch of Lord Narayana are very sacred. The lifestyle and eating habits of Gahoyos are equivalent to gods. We should be proud that we belong to Gahoi community.

गहोई समाज ने डॉ. गुप्त की स्मृति में किया काव्य पाठ, ग्वालियर में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में शामिल हुए सैकड़ों लोग!
ग्वालियर, मध्यप्रदेश: ग्वालियर, मध्य प्रदेश: श्री गहोई वैश्य समाज रजि. ग्रेटर ग्वालियर द्वारा हाल ही में राष्ट्रकवि डॉ. गुप्त जी की 60वीं पुण्यतिथि के उपलक्ष्य में गुंबदा गेट एवं राष्ट्रकवि डॉ. मैथिलीशरण गुट पुस्तकालय एवं शोध संस्थान महाराज बाड़ा पर उनकी प्रतिमा पर पुष्प अर्पित किए गए।
उनके निधन की बरसी पर घनश्याम सेठ मन की बात कार्यक्रम में उनकी कविता प्रस्तुत की. इस खास मौके पर अध्यक्ष दिलीप तापा ने डॉ. गुप्ता के जीवन पर प्रकाश डाला. निवर्तमान अध्यक्ष रामप्रकाश सोनी, अखिल भारतीय गहोई वैश्य महासभा वरिष्ठ संघ के पूर्व राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष श्री गणपत राम नीखरा, रमेश कनकने, घनश्याम दास कंथारिया, राजीव कुचिया, राकेश मोर, प्रवीण रेजा, रमेश चंद्र सरावगी, धर्मेंद्र बिलैया, मनीष नगरिया और राजेश सरावगी उनके निधन की सालगिरह पर सभी उपस्थित थे।
गहोई इतिहास और उससे सम्बन्ध:
देवताओं के आशीर्वाद से उपजी गहोई प्रजाति हर क्षेत्र में दक्षता रखती हैं। भगवान नारायण के शंख से उत्पादित गहोई शब्द बहुत ही पवित्र हैं। गहोईयो का रहन सहन और खान पान, देवताओं के समकक्ष हैं। हमें गर्व होना चाहिए कि हम गहोई समाज से हैं।
