डबरा: राष्ट्रकवि मैथिलीशरण गुप्त जी की पुण्यतिथि 12 दिसंबर है। डबरा विधायक सुरेश राजे ने उनकी पुण्यतिथि पर उन्हें भारत रत्न देने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री को पत्र लिखा है।
समाजसेवी धर्मेंद्र बडेरिया के अनुसार राष्ट्रकवि मैथिलीशरण गुप्त जी के साहित्य सृजन में योगदान को सम्मान देने के लिए कल से अनेक राष्ट्रीय संगठनों और सामाजिक हस्तियों द्वारा एक अभियान चलाया जाएगा। साथ ही, विभिन्न माध्यमों से सरकार तक इस विषय को पहुंचाया जाएगा और इस अभियान में सभी देशभक्त भाइयों को शामिल किया जाएगा।
गहोई इतिहास और उससे सम्बन्ध:
देवताओं के आशीर्वाद से उपजी गहोई प्रजाति हर क्षेत्र में दक्षता रखती हैं। भगवान नारायण के शंख से उत्पादित गहोई शब्द बहुत ही पवित्र हैं। गहोईयो का रहन सहन और खान पान, देवताओं के समकक्ष हैं। हमें गर्व होना चाहिए कि हम गहोई समाज से हैं।
