Ingredients:
- 1 cup Sabudana (Sago Pearls)
- 1/2 cup Roasted Peanuts, coarsely crushed

- 1 inch Ginger, grated
- 1 sprig Curry Leaves
- 1 Lemon, juice
- 2 tablespoons Ghee or Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds

- Soak the Sabudana: Rinse the sabudana thoroughly in water until the water runs clear. Soak it in enough water to just cover the pearls for 2-3 hours, or until they are soft and easily pressed between your fingers. Drain any excess water.
- Prepare the Ingredients: Roast the peanuts and crush them coarsely. Boil and dice the potatoes. Chop the green chilies and grate the ginger.
