The wait for over 16 lakh students is almost over. The Maharashtra
State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) is set to
announce the Maharashtra SSC Class 10 Result 2026 today, May 8, 2026,
at 1:00 PM.
Students who appeared for the examinations held between
February 20 and March 18 can access their scorecards online through the
official portals.

Step-by-Step Guide to Download Marksheet
Follow these simple steps to download your provisional
digital marksheet once the link goes live at 1 PM:
- Visit
the Official Portal: Go to mahresult.nic.in.
- Select
Result Link: Click on the link "SSC Examination March - 2026
RESULT."
- Enter
Credentials:
- Input
your Roll Number (Seat Number).
- Enter
your Mother’s First Name (as mentioned in the application form).
- Note:
If no mother's name was provided, use "XXX".
- View
& Save: Click on the "View Result" button. Your
subject-wise marks will appear on the screen.
- Download:
Save the PDF and take a printout for future admissions.
How to Check Result via SMS & DigiLocker
If the official websites are slow or unresponsive, you can
use these alternative methods:
1. Via SMS Service
- Open
your messaging app.
- Type:
MHSSC Seat_Number (e.g., MHSSC M123456).
- Send
it to 57766.
- You
will receive your marks and pass/fail status shortly.
2. Via DigiLocker
- Log
in to the DigiLocker app or website using your Aadhaar.
- Go
to the ‘Education’ section and select ‘Maharashtra State Board of
Secondary and Higher Secondary Education’.
- Select
‘SSC Marksheet 2026’ and enter your Roll Number and year.
- The
digitally signed marksheet will be available for permanent storage.

the last few years. Historically, female students have consistently
outperformed male students.

What After SSC Results?
- Original
Marksheets: The digital copy is provisional. Physical marksheets will
be distributed through respective schools within 10–15 days.
- FYJC
Admissions: Students can use the online marksheet to begin the First
Year Junior College (FYJC) admission process immediately.
- Revaluation:
If you are unsatisfied with your marks, the Board will provide a window
for Verification and Photocopy of Answer Sheets shortly
after the result declaration.
- Supplementary
Exams: Students who failed in one or two subjects can apply for the
supplementary exams, usually held in July, to save their academic year.
